[When I was a kid we used to pour our parents’ coffee grounds over some turned-up soil. Later, we would return to pick up the worms to be used for fishing in the lake or stream. That tip is not included at this link, but they do have several that seem good to try. Here’s the disclaimer, of course: I have not tested any of these tips, except the ones involving composting.
